It has to be said though, the queen of music for 2008 was definetly Katy Perry. And, her reign continues way into 2009. "I kissed a girl" was number one in the charts for an incredibly long time, and now her amazing new album "One of the boys" has been released, who knows, it might not be long until Katy rules the universe!?!
